Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  1. The products are replaceable only in the unlikely event of damaged shipments.
  2. The royaldryfruits.co.in  Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up at an agreed time. 
  3. In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, you must email us a picture of the damaged product with the Bar Code, within 48 hours of receiving your order.  
  4. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a full refund in the original mode used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable. Items that may have been damaged, defective, or sent by error will be fully refunded. Refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date we receive the products back.
  5. We aim to process all returns within 15 days. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to customercare@royaldryfruits.co.in.
  6. All returns are subject to the discretion of royaldryfruits.co.in . But we’re a friendly bunch.  
  7. A user may cancel an order placed by them only if the order has not been processed by us. For any permitted cancellations, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment immediately.
  8. Royal Dry Fruits reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order(s) placed for products listed at an incorrect price or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. The company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed. Orders may also be canceled by the Company in any of the following cases:
  • If it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction; or
  • If it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a transaction that does not conform to or violates these Terms of Use/User Agreement; or
  • In case of unavailability of product(s); or
  • For any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery-related logistical difficulties.
